Lily Casura, MSW, is the Director of Equity and Impact at YWCA San Antonio. An independent researcher as well as a current graduate student in applied demography at UTSA, she co-authored the "Status of Women in San Antonio" report with Rogelio Sáenz, Ph.D, and was the lead author on two recent white papers analyzing almost 100K domestic violence cases in Bexar County, along with Roger Enriquez, J.D., director of UTSA's Policy Studies Center. She is a current appointee to the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Texas "Committee on Women's Issues," as well as the San Antonio/Bexar County joint Census 2020 "Complete Count" Committee. She graduated from UTSA and Harvard University with honors.
